Call For Session Proposals

Please refer to the CFSP Submittal Instructions (PDF, opens in a new window) for definitions, examples, and additional details on how to complete each section. Please read the instructions carefully. The online submission form MUST be used to submit your proposal to the Local Government Commission (we will not be accepting proposals via fax or email). Incomplete and late submissions will not be accepted.

Please Note:
The online form will not allow for saving content prior to submitting. Once you start your submittal form, you will need to complete it in its entirety then submit it. You will not be able to save and come back to finish the form later.

There is no limit to the number of proposals that a person or entity can submit.

The submittal review process will take place from early-July through late-August 2012. We will notify all those who have submitted sessions by mid-September as to whether their proposal was accepted for inclusion in the conference program.
