The 14 Annual New Partners for Smart Growth: Practical Tools and Strategies for Creating Great Communities Conference will be held January 29 – 31, 2015, at the Hilton Baltimore Hotel in downtown Baltimore, MD.
The Hilton Baltimore Hotel is located across the street from Camden Yards, home of Orioles’ Baseball. A number of museums are located within walking distance of the hotel, including the American Visionary Art Museum, the B & O Railroad Museum, the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum, and the Baltimore Civil War Museum.
Accommodations
The official hotel room rate for our group is $119 for single occupancy, and $119 for double occupancy. Room rates are subject to local taxes, which are currently 15.5%. Group rates will be honored three (3) days prior to the event starting and three (3) days after the event ends, based on availability. The cut-off date to receive the group rate has been extended to Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 5:00 PM EST. The group rate may not be available after that date, so don’t delay!

The hotel has a 48-hour cancellation policy to avoid any room charges. Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before 4:00 PM may be accommodated as rooms become available with an additional $25 early arrival fee.
